Question

Transdermal Pro-H app and diet questions???? LEE J.B. STREAX ANYONE ELSE!!


Ok guys you are familiar with what I am going to be doing (for those that arent)
Starting transdermal pro-h cycle next friday.
Main goal during cycle is to KEEP EXISTING MUSCLE MASS while losing fat effectively.

I have been on a cutting cycle for a little over a month now at around 2300-2500 calories per day with a clean cheat day on saturdays!!

On to my questions
1# what are the best application spots?? I know I need to rotate to keep chances or rash at minimum! Im thinking chest, thighs, top of feet, back upper and lower are there any other spots that I should look into??
I will be doing two apps daily!
2# Given my goal should I lower my calories even more??? My weight/fat loss has kind of slowed since the first or second week of being on my cut (I actually increase calories around this time to 2300 - 2500 a day because the weight was coming off so quickly ). Should I lower my calories a little more (maybe to 2100 again or even lower???) to increase fat loss. Hopefully with the extra hormones the chances of muscle loss will be decreased even with a lower calorie range???

Daily updates with the following info:
Application spots used each day
Feelings of spots used for application - rash, itch, tingling etc.
Over all feeling - mood, libido, strength, rest, etc.
Calorie and macronutrient breakdown for day
Early morning weight

Starting this friday!!

Locked in my diet
2200 calories (NO RANGE)
220 of those calories will be from 2 TBSP of flaxseed oil one in the morning and one in the afternoon(reports of it helping with side-effects so no harm in including it in my diet)
Protein will probably be around 230 grams per day and the rest will be carbs.
I will consume Green Tea on non lifting days (cardio days) 2 cups (each cup made with 3 tea bags) unflavored. Reports that this also helps with some of the side effects so no harm there and plus its a great natural thermogenic.
non - lifting days are cardio days. 15 minutes in the morning right after waking up--- 30 minutes at night after work.

Cheat day will be saturday (3000 calories NO RANGE) it will pretty much be a normal day except for the extra 800 calories will mostly come from carbs.


Let me know about my questions guys if you have any further input.
All I need to start is to go buy some latex gloves for my wife!!

What transdermal product are you using, which hormones, and how much per day?

With ONE+ or Super ONE+, I would do 8-10 squirts, so it would pretty much cover my chest, shoulders, arms, and a little bit over my serratus. Surface area should be maximized.

Im using Legalgear.com's transdermals which is based off of BDC nutritions topical lotion.

It is suppossed to be very potent.
Each squirt has approx 33mg 1-test and 100mg 4-ad.
When I ordered the stuff it was advertised as 33mg 1-test and 50mg 4-ad per squirt but when I got it they had modified the bottle to show that the 4-ad had been increased!!

Supposedly 4 squirts a day of the stuff is like maximum in fact less may be ideal!!!

1.) My favorite top three: top of feet, one side upper pec/shoulder area, top of thighs... you can also do both your fore arms at the same time. Watch the inside of the biceps though... THAT STINGS!!!!

If you feel like adding some challenging excitement to your day, do a "masochist application" and apply to your face, genitals, ass, and armpits... hehehehe

just remember to give it a good amount of time to dry before putting on clothes. The majority of the abosorption that happens is while it is wet.

2.) Man, diet is a very subjective thing, it really depends on your LBM, metabolism, and what your body is currently used to. The best answer to this is to see what works. unfortunately things happen VERY fast during a 4 week cycle. So, my advice would be to stay at your current caloric intake. I would not advise to lower it in addition to the PH's for several reasons. I think you will be pleased with the leaning out that will happen, although with a ratio of 1:3 1T/4AD, you are probably not going to realize it as much till you come off due to water retention.

Keep us updated and remember to continue a disclaimer in your posts about these great results to try and help our younger/newbie lifting friends informed.

I have said before if it is directly based off of the BDC products (Chemo's formula) , then there is nothing better out there besides homebrewing your own using their formula! LOL.

Well, I am going to stick to the diet that I oulined above!! :-)
Its really not a drastic difference----- the biggest difference is the UNFATS that i have added so that in turn will make a difference on my macronutrient breakdown but I am going to make sure to keep my protein intake high (215+) and also my clean cheat day will be regulated. I am very anxious to see what will happen but im just going to take whatever comes and be happy with it. My calorie range over the past month has been 2100 - 2500 trying to get it nailed down perfectly so I think 2200 with the unfats added will be most beneficial. I honestly wish I would have nailed it down 2 or 3 weeks in advance before starting that way I could really tell/ see the difference that the gear is making!! OH WELL
I am already following the diet that i will stick to. My macronutrient breakdown for today was
CAL: 2185
Fat: 57 ---- 20 of it was polyunsaturated and 12 was mono
Carbs - 176
Prot - 241


Ive already told my wife that if I dont have any reactions or anything within the first week I am going to go ahead and buy the legalgear hydroxytest version for my bulk that I will be on in 3 or 4 months that stuff is suppossed to be AWESOME!!!!!! The legislation is starting to look a little scary for the pro-h industry!!

OH AND STREAX!!! Thanks for all of those GOOD spots you pointed out to apply the lotion Ill make sure to saturate my sack in them every day!!! LOL Hey theres a bunch of blood vessels down there so I bet absorption would be really high!! :thumbup:

I am 25 have 6 years training under my belt (off and on but tons of learning experiences)
I have nailed my diet down like its a science.
If you havent gotten your diet and training figured out do that first or you will
be dissapointed no matter what you use.

ALSO do your research on the products that you want and keep it safe!!!
KIDS probably 20 below dont worry about these just eat and grow you really dont want to screw with your hormone balance at a young age!!!!!

I generally dont make it a practice to take pictures (like before/ after) especially when just comparing a months worth of work. A lot of times you cant tell(see) much from a month as you can feel in your pants or the way you feel and that can be a point of discouragement!!

HOWEVER..... Should I do before afters of the pro-h cycle????
Let me know. If you say yes Ill put that in my diary.

Yes, take pics bro.

We want to see it work too. Might even inspire a few of us.
Plus, If you know that you will be taking befores and afters, you might work a little harder in the gym!!!!!

Yep, why not...they aren't illegal supplements yet. And as has been said it will motivate you to work harder, looks like this is going to be a proper cycle one done properly so it would make a fine example and good diary.

Ok, Ill do them but not because it will make me work harder. I know that isnt the case. Im going to give starting bodyfat percentages and ending bodyfat percentage also. I will use my calipers and give their readings and also give the reading my wacked up tanita scale gives.

Streax, you mentioned bloat from the 4-ad making the gains/losses visually obscure for a while. How long after I come off do you think that the bloat will go away.

My recovery IS as follows
December 1st first day off pro-h INCREASE calories to 2700
Week 1
4 Tribex pills daily - divided into two apps
6 6-oxo pills daily - divided into two apps
1 serving ZMA - taken 30 minutes prior to bed
**** considering adding 10mg nolvadex since I have it-if im not already taking it********

Week 2
4 6-oxo pills daily all at night
1 serving zma taken 30 minutes prior to bed

Week 3 -Increase calories to 3000
4 6-oxo pills daily all at night
1 serving zma taken 30 minutes prior to bed

week 4
3 6-oxo pills daily taken at night
1 serving zma taken 30 mintues prior to bed



AT WHAT POINT THROUGH RECOVERY DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TAKE THE AFTER PICTURES TO REALLY GIVE THE FULL EFFECT????

Also I will need to wait till most of the bloat is gone to give the reading for the tanita scale because extra water would make it off even more if there is such a thing!! LOL

The bloat should be considerably gone within a couple of days after the cycle is over. It will be completely gone depending on how well your post cycle therapy goes, but I would say a week give or take a couple days you should be back to normal. It really is dependent on how high your estrogen levels go and how long it takes them to go back down.

I would highly suggest the before and after pics. There will be visible differences, and it is great to compare them. I am just always scared of too much of this stuff though, because it really gives people who are desperate to see gains the "me too" mentality.

My estimate of your cycle considering your diet, training, and goals for this cycle is that you will gain about 8-12 pounds on cycle then piss out about 2 pounds of water and lose a couple pounds of LBM over the next month in post cycle. Total 2-4 pounds of weightloss and hopefully 5-9 pounds of LBM that you keep.

When applying to chest is it ok to hit the nips???
I know that area is much more tender but didnt know if this stuff was harsh enough to really bother them????
