Question

Tricreatine Malate...questions on it

i was thinking of buying cubed or V-12 that has tricreatine malate in it. I understand it is 3 creatines bonded to a malate (which is helpful in kreb's cycle) i was just wondering a few questions...

I searched and i read that everyone just bought it and was gonna tell the results afterwards any results or reviews on this stuff?

It says since its linked to a malate not a water that it doesnt need you to drink more water(like one gallon of water) ...is this true?...willl i still gain water weight?

Will this creatine work just as effective as regular Creatine Monohydrate if not do u think more or less

The products that produce this also say you dont need a loading phase... is this also true?

any feedback at all will be helpful and appreciated thanx!

I dont know this for a fact, but Im gonna take a scientific stab at this, both forms of creatine aid in saturating the cells with fluids, and eventually nutrients, if the cell is going to hold more water, Id say that yes, you should make sure you are drinking a solid 12-16 glass of water a day, which is a healthy thing to do even if you arent on creatine, dehydration of 10% is enough to slow meatbolism and hurt performance, so drink up

Nope, but according to the makers it is way more effective than the monohydrate version. Good luck with it - tell us how it goes.
