Type of creatine...

Well, my tub is almost gone and I was wondering what brand I should go for? any suggestions or what? Also, how much more effective is powder creatine then just buying creatine in the liquid form?

I asked this question just before I started taking it this winter and after looking into them all I chose Prolab's Creapure product. I am super happy with it, very high quality. I would make sure you get Creapure not matter what brand you get.

excellent advice. as long as its pure creatine monohydrate, no added sugars and such, it is good, and the creapure logo ensures it is the best. i personally use the ON product but as long as it has the above requirements youre good to go.

certainly do not go for liquid creatine, creatine injections, creatine bubble gum, creatine that you breathe in, etc.

NOW Micronized creatine. 120 servings for 22 bucks, unflavored so mixes well with water or juice.
