I am currently takingmulti vitamin, vitamin e, and fish oil. I was told that vitamin b would also work well with my current suppliment. My question is which vitamin b I should take. There are various types of vitamin b. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe so. For immune system. Lately, I have been getting sick (flu, common cold, coughing, etc.) There are so many vitamin b. I am getting confused now.
If you need vit b it will be a complex you need typically you will not be deficient in one except in the case of b12 which will lead to anemia and you will have to get diagnosed by a dr and most likely have to take injections
