vitamin C

Many people recommend getting a lot of Vitamin C (400% of Gov't recommendations) what are y'alls thoughts. Also When would be a good time to take a vitamin C supplement. I already take a multi (which has some Vitamin C) in the morning and ZnMg at night. Same question for Vitamin E?

How much Vitamin C does your multi-vitamin have in it? My doctor recommended anywhere between 500-1000mg. And for Vitamin E, about 400mg. I take one dose of Vitamin C and Vitamin E in the morning at breakfast. Hope this info helps.

Vitamin C is the greatest antioxident and anti-aging supp. More the better, I take 500mg caps all through the day. It works synergystically with Vitamin E, however you can take to much E.
