Vitamin C
What's going on everyone? Recent studies have shown taking a daily dose of Vitamin C supp. can help lose weight and fat. However, the question is what's the dosage? Every article says something differnet, from 500mg to 3,000mg daily.
Do any of you have a preference? Right now I take 2 pills, one in the morning, one at dinner, of 500mg each.
