Vitamins
I have been taking Men's Mega for a few years now but i have always taken them both(2 pills as directed) in the morning with breakfast. I have heard that i might want to consider taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night. Is there really any benefit from this? Does it matter? I could see spreading out the vitamins to let the body use them more efficient then all at once and excreting what the body doesnt need due to too much of a certain one.
