i take mine in the morning, it seems to wake me up and i feel good.....at night i find it hard to get to sleep, this was when i was taking a mens multi-v, i guess it had stimulating properties.
If I'm taking ZMA at night do you think I need to take a multi-vitamin in addition to that? I saw people were taking vitamis in th emorning and I only take ZMA in the evning before bed.
i cant take my zinc, magnesium, b6 tabs before bed because i take a protein before bed, so i take them when i wake for a piss (which is usually like clockwork around 4:30) and then smack down a multi-v and echinacea with brekkie about 8:15, works fine.
You should be fine with the ZMA at night and multi-v with brekkie.

yea wouldnt it be better to take it at night to help you rebuild? thats when i take it also so im just curious... and if i just took zinc and magnesium supplements would that help me sleep just as good as ZMA?
I take mine with breakfast (as recommended on the container ) I think they are absorbed better or something with food...not sure on that though. I just always take them with breakfast and a tall glass of water
Personally, I recommend Natrol, My Originals, have never seen their total values beaten anywhere. It is usually advisable to consume a supplement with a meal, even a small one, and I bust up the full dose of 6 caps with three in the morning and three in the evening while eating.
