Vitamins Vitamins!!

For so many of us we've talked about protein supplements and creatine etc. What about our daily vitamin check? Zinc is wonderful for fighting of illnesses ( I can't remember the last time I had been really ill) Brewers Yeast is great as a B12 supplement in promoting muscle growth as well. I could go on and on. Be really honest. Do you people take all of your vitamins.....hmmmm? lol It's just away of topping up areas of your diet where you are lacking. Such as did you know that the white marks that appear on your finger nails can be a zinc deficiancy?

No whites on my nails, I take 20mg of Zinc almost everyday. Its also good for maximizing your natural testosterone output. Thats the part of ZMA that raises your levels.

Or may be something as common as damage to the extracellular matrix of the nail especially prone from weight lifting.

Zinc supplements in any form make me feel nauseated and out of sorts. I sure hope I never become deficient it. It's nasty.

I take a good quality multi plus extra, C,B6, E, iron and glucosamine as recomended by my docs.

Funny how those white nail dots meaning has changed. When I was growing up they were blamed on calcium deficiency.
