For the average person it actually 1.5g vitamin c your blood will hold at once ho wlong this stays here though excretion rate and absorption effficiency/sustained release are all factors for determining daily dose

Walmart has it dirt cheap, I don't trust those GNC people anyways

What's the deal with glutathione? and Vitamin C.
