VP2 vs. ON's Whey

So I'm having trouble deciding which to get. For the money, ON's is better. But I don't know if VP2 offers things that ON's doesn't. I mean, that's what they claim. I found VP2 for 22 bucks...and I'll spend that...but not if I can get ON's for 40. I mean I can't really compare 2 lbs for 22 and 10 pounds for 40 unless the VP2 is worth the money. Anybody that's used VP2 got anything to say? I've used ON's before, and I liked it.

Yah, i've tried the VP2. It is definitely a low calorie high quality whey protein isolate shake. So if that is what you are after, then go for it. I used it off and on as part of my pre-contest diet...when I needed a quality protein that was low in cals and could mix easily in a shaker cup. It all depends on what your goals are I think. If you don't care about whether it's a pure isolate or not, and if it's low cal or not, then go for the ON. I do believe VP2 is a good product tho and it tastes pretty good as well, so drinking it is no prob.

ON is prolly the best all around protein product you can buy though...as it has isolates, and other types of whey protein fractions in it. You pay more money for a pure isolate whey protein like VP2, compared to a mixture of protein blends like ON. Hope this helps.

Thanks Todd, I was leaning more towards the VP2 just 'cause of the hype about it, I really want to see if it's really all that everybody says it is. Do you know the nutrtional facts on the VP2?? I couldn't find them on the AST site.

I'm thinking about buying a 10 lb bag of ON's and a 2 lb container of VP2, just to compare.
