This would be something I would like to follow along with.

I did a log/journal on my prohormone cycle a while back and it didnt seem to draw much interest for the time that I put into it so Im not going to be keeping a log this go round.
Whatever I feel works though I will definatley rave about the products. Ive been on the vasapro and san tight for one week and I can definately say that it is an effective thermo stack. As far as the absolved this is only my second day so I cant really tell that much but I will definately monitor my progress as I go along.
As far as my diet I am doing a staggered- constantly lowering calorie diet
I started out at 3000 daily calories as my median. So on cardio days I would have 3000- except for one day a week I would have like 2600 just to shock my system really good and then on workout days I would have up to 3400 calories. I ran that for two weeks then my median dropped to 2600.. That is where I am at right now. I will be constantly dwindling my median day calories until I hit 1800... But the whole time I will keep a contant staggered calorie range throughout the week though as to not allow my body to adapt.
The food groups I am allowing myself are very strict.
My fats I am limiting as much as possible to only good fats.
My carbs are only coming from low GI sources except for the 1 or two pieces of fruit that I have a day... The rest is oatmeal--- brown rice--- sweetpotatoes. Absolutely no bread not even whole wheat/grain
Protein sources are from chicken and 96/4 extra lean ground beef mostly with the occasional tuna packet and MRP (
myoplex deluxe the new formulation) Im not really worried about salmon and other healthy fishes that have good fats for us because I take in at least two tblsp daily of flaxseed oil and my fat intake has been up to par...
I make sure to split my calories into 6 meals on cardio days with virtually every meal being the same calorie range - IE if I have 2400 calories that day. I have 6 meals by 400 calories each.
On workout days I have 7 meals and divide the range up so each meal is extremely close to the same calories.
As far as your new supplement let me know what you think about it... Maybe I can switch out the clenbutrx for it(even though I already have the clenbutrx). I am assuming that you are not including ephedra in it because of the upcoming ban but would it be good to stack with something like vasapro??? or would that be to much on your system??
