Umm... I looked it up and it doesn't specifically say whether it is pro-steroid or pro-hormone. Either way it's bound to have some side effects possible which you can get with anything that raises your hormone levels. If you are not atleast in your late 20's there's no point in taking something that will raise your test levels anyway because they are already pretty much at their peak in your teens/early 20's. It is not the same as anabolic steroids but does pretty much the same thing but not as extreme. And like I said, there is risk of side effects when taking something that raises hormone levels. Be smart, research pro-hormone/steroid side effects, and make the best decision for you.

I'm 18 and i've been working out for about a year, on and off with some times of the year harder than other. During baseball I tend to work out less because I am a pitcher, anyways.. I had been using creatine monohydrate as preworkout and whey protein as postworkout and a protein shake before i go to bed... recently i began using NoXplode and I like but I feel I am becoming immune to it and wanna try and go a step further without using steroids, i have a friend that just tried VyoTech 17HD and said he likes because he feels he gets a better workout.. well I did some research and I can't come to a conclusion on whether or not it is a steroid.

I told you it is NOT a steroid steroid like you would buy from a gym rat or whatever. They do have pro-steroid and pro-hormone pills that aren't illegal yet that will raise your hormone levels above the norm. This can create lots of problems and at your age, possibly long term effects also. If you have been on NO and creatine for awhile just cycle off of it. Take a couple weeks off of it to let your body start producing it's normal creatine again and then go back on it. I highly don't recommend taking something that is going to raise your testosterone levels at your age. I read a post on another message board awhile ago from a guy in his early 20's who took PH when he was in his teens and now his natural testosterone levels are abnormally low and he has to take prescription medication just to get them to normal. My advice is go off the creatine/NO for a couple weeks so you can cycle it. While you are off of it you could try another type of supplement or just use the money for extra protein or something.

i'm not into the whole raising testosterone thing, sounds a bit risky and i don't like the thought of it... "It is not the same as anabolic steroids but does pretty much the same thing but not as extreme", it sounds like that would be a step above what I am doing now, but if it raises my natural testosterone levels even more than i'm not interested... or like you also stated, would it be better if I just cycled (like you said) and let my body do its thing naturally for a few weeks and then got back on

Right on buddy. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=2149
There is a page with more information on it but I don't recommend even thinking about it until you get a lot older.

I just want to increase my knowledge of supplements, how they work, what is good, what is crap, etc... i don't buy stuff without trying increase my knowledge on the product i am considering buying... like i said, i am here to gain knowledge and with the help of people like yourself, i one day will be able understand the meaning of the terms containing 4+ sylables and words i can't even pronounce or spell on my own lol... such as gakic, leukic, agonine (sp), the **** like that, the words thrown out in fitness magazines. (which in the general bodybuilding section, i was told never read M&F again, lol... and to stick to the basics... such as creatine mono, whey protein.. eat healthy, and pump iron)
