Water or Milk?


which is best (if it makes a difference) with protein, milk or water?

dont matter, theres a thinner consistency when u mix your whey with water and it dissolves better too, milk might make it taste a bit better if u like milk but u'll get little cunks of the powder mix because it doesn't fully dissolve

If you do drink milk, go for Skim or 1%. Also remember milk adds calories to your shake whereas water doesnt.

Also dont use milk for your post-workout shake as the casien slows the absorbtion of whey protein. It will still digest fairly quickly but you quite possibly will miss the window of opportunity (About an hour).

I use skimmed milk when bulking and water when cutting.

Sure saves money using water. WAs spending $45 month on milk during my last 2 month bulking.

I drink milk after i work out for my huge meal. but i mix my protein with water than i goto the chaw hall and eat right after that and drink a pint and a half of milk and it dont hurt me plus thats another 24 grams of protein of the milk and its skim milk too

gotta say a totally agree with drinking the milk...love the stuff and it does the body good!

the only thing here that i profoundly disagree with is this buckeye crap....GO CANES!

we handed one to you last year or better yet the referee did....
