Has anyone used water pills ? And are they just good for temporary
weight loss

Is a waste of time and money. Try cardio and drink a lot of water but not too much. (Retention of water is a mechanism that the body use to keep enough water to function properly.). Cut the sodium in your diet too, thats help.
