weight gainer

i can eat a ton of crap like pizza and burgers etc and not gain a pound and i can also eat a ton of healthy food and not gain a pound. i dont always have time to eat 6 meals a day. i have been working out for the last year and cut up a bit but have not really added any mass , so as a last resort im thinking of purchasing some N-Large2 weight gainer. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it, and what were the results?.

Hmmm, basically this stuff does work, but its cheaper to sort out a good diet ... all that is in it is sugars, protein and a bucket load of carbs which you could get from eating right at a lot cheaper cost to you.

I would say that you are gonna have to try and get in some extra meals, if not 6 a day, then try for 5 or 4 and then add in a couple meal replacements in between your normal food meals. You simply won't grow (add more mass) if you don't eat enough clean calories frequently throughout the day to provide a steady flow of nutrients to your muscles.
