weight loss pill

first of all, im a complete idiot when it comes to nutrition and dieting.
im looking for a suppliment that will make my cardio workouts more effective and help me lose weight faster. i do have high BP, not bad, but it is a little on the high side. its hereditary. is there any over the counter diet pill out there that will increase my metabolism or keep it going for longer after i work out?

nope.

they're all crap.

exercise at as high an intensity as you can manage for 12 to 16 minutes and that will jack your metabolism up.

lol - you didn't read the full sentence. i said "as high an intensity as you can manage" - we're not talking a liesurely jog, here, but killer-max, sweat-blinded, lung-ripping effort.

well, maybe not quite that much.

but up there.

that's one way to do it - sprint for 30 seconds, walk it off for 20 or variations thereof.
