Weight Loss Supplement?

hello,

after bulking up by eating LOADS of different things, i am seriously now needed to CUT DOWN my body fats level. i have tried cardio, but it doesn't seem working effectively, so i look into my diet and changed a few things, still, not much has been changed. so i was surfing the internet and find out about fat burners, here is a page for all of them:

http://www.monstersupplements.com/fatburners.htm

i am not trying to advertise here but i really don't know which one to get. i have heard taking these supplement would also have muscle loss. so can anyone give me some suggestions, please?

thanks,
Mike

haven't weight myself for a while. for diet, i eat quite a lot of carbonhydrates like white rice and potatoes, a LOT of meat, some veg. and some fruits. i used to go the gym about 4 times a week and now cut down to 3 times due to busy of work.

thanks for your reply,
Mike

Step one is to keep a food log. The overwhelming majority of people underestimate how much food they eat in a day. If the scale isn't moving in the direction you want, then you still don't have a handle on your daily food intake. Keeping a log is the ONLY sure-fire way to KNOW exactly what your intake is.

Cardio does help. Find the right one for you and incorporate it into your workouts.

Check out the sticky about Sesathin. This is a "real people" performance review of a new product out by Avant Labs. You can watch the results of this experiment unfold.

There are other supplements out there that can give you an "edge", but the bottom line is: Your daily intake of calories must be lower than your daily use of those calories. And that means you must pay close attention to your diet to make progress.

If you are serious about losing weight, lower your carb intake. If you substantially reduce you intake of processed food like white rice, potatoes, white bread, etc. I don't know of anyone who has failed to lose weight while on a reduced carb diet.

White potatoes are a starch which = sugar.
try sweet potatoes the are higher in fiber and a complex carb.
switch to brown rice, whole wheat breads adn pasta's.

I am not on a "low carb" diet but I have cut out the over loading on simple carbs. I eat a 40/40/20 split works great for me
