rule of thumb is never buy muscletech products- they just hype the crap out of their stuff and are really expensive. regular creatine monohydrate or CEE if youre a non responder to mono. personally I use cre mono since its been studied more. you dont need all the ingredients in cell tech to saturate your creatine levels according to studies. jebus- 75 grams of sugar for 2 scoops (what youre supposed to take for the first 5 days). they add all that stuff like ALA, sugar, and taurine because creatine supposedly is absorbed better with an insulin spike but I know of at least one study that doesn't use any spike and does the job just fine. unless someone can show otherwise...

whats a good brand for the CEE and monohydrate?
Also if I load up on this cell tech and then switch to another brand, I dont have to reload again right? I know dumb question. I just want to make sure
Right now I'm using LifeExtension brand micronized creatine - why? Because my doctor friend bought me a tub when he bought his - I don't turn down free stuff. I also have some bodyfortress from walmart that I take along to mix quickly after I run - why? It was cheap and doesn't taste too bad.
