What do I need?


I'm just trying to get back into bodybuilding after a shoulder injury a couple of months ago. Was currently bulking for the spring. But go screwed from my injury. Want to hit it hard and gain 15-20lbs by july 1st. Can someone please reccomend a goob bulker besides, lots of food, water, creatine and rest. Is there any good prohormones, test inhancer's etc. (besides roid's) Don't care how much they cost!!!! I'm 29 years old so I'm not to young for anything so dont give me crap!!!!

just about any weight gainer will work for you, but most guys on message boards that i read suggest prolab n-large 2, russian bear 5000, or champion heavy weight gainer.

like everyone else said eat lots of food too.

Lots of protein and flax seed oil can help. If you're looking for a prohormone that works, 1AD is about the only thing out worth a damn. However, it works very much like a steroid (its a precursor to it) so you better be willing to cross over into a very serious angle of bodybuilding.

Your best best bet is a lot of food, take in flax, multi-vitamins, protein supp/bars, creatine, ALA, and Chromium. Zinc and Magnesium is also good for you within moderation.

Even if you take the best drugs out there, they can't buiild muscle without food and rest.
