what do u think is the best supplement?

hey everyone long time no see...yeah my x-rays came back negative for my bones, my bones are fused (growth plates closed) meaning im done growing at 5'5. The supplement PROLEX could help me gain an inch or two in height but they would make my bones thicker, meaning a bigger nose and all that, so forget that...so i want to ask u guys what do u think is the best muscle building supplement? Im 18 and take anxiety medication, do u know any SAFER muscle building...umm, steroid, hormone, or whatever?? please let me know cuz im looking into supplements now for muscles. Thanks.

I personally take anxiety meds. also but, as for me though I wouldn't bother with the side effects that come from steroids/ph's and what it may do to my anxiety level for fear of panic attack. I'm just not willing to go through them any longer. I think proper diet and the right routine is going to be your best bet. I don't think that there is any one really "SAFE" drug/supplement you can take that will give you the growth you may be looking for. Think about it a long time before you do anything at least.

Good, wholesome foods every 3 hours and great workouts will get you where you are looking to go. There are no shortcuts.

I take anxiety medication as well and I'll be the first to tell you that any hormonal supplement will make your symtoms worse. Depending on your goals, good clean food intake every 2-4 hours with a strict lifting routine and no alcohol.
