what do you think of the suppl. ?

Hi there,

I know a lot of people training with weights have problems in their joints (elbow/knees) Do you think joint suppliments will help or it`s BullS ?

Is an EFA (omega 3,6,9/flax etc..) suppliment worth the hype? Have you seen
an improvement while taking them?

last one... gugglesterone is a plant which is said to keep thyroid healthy especially while dieting when thyroid is less effective because of the decrease in calorie intake, has any one had a good/bad experience with it?

Thanks Guys & Gals

Glucosamine and Chondroitin are the supps. i'd look into for joint issues. I've heard good results from people who take them.

Haven't ever heard of the gugglesterone though, sorry.

lol pmcgough T3 ****ks the thyroid; gugglesterones keep it health , what they suppose to do is to keep it burning calories even on a restricted calorie diet (the thyroid gland is less effective when the body is on a calories deficit)
thanks!
