What happens if I dont take creatine for so many days

Ok I just started creatine about 2 weeks ago, and Ive had some weird side effects, I think from the creatine so Im going to go ahead and stop taking it for 2 days and see how I feel.
Will this set me back at all??
Should I be able to start taking it again after 2 days and not have to start all over???

I don't think you need to do another build up or whatever it's called. You should be able to right back on it.

What kind of weird side effects have you had? I'm sure its not from the creatine.

Well if you stop the creatine wont be actively in your blood stream, but then again when I never load when I take creatine, I just take it before I workout and only before I workout and its fine.

And ive never experienced "wierd side effects" from creatine so I doubt that is the source of your "wierd side effects"

You do not have to reload. Firstly when taking creatine for the first time you do not have to load it just takes longer to gain the maximum effects. I did not take creatine for 2 days as sometimes i forget when im not training I did not lose any strength or water retention aka I had not lost the creatine i had uptaken and any i did lose would be replaced by the more than enough 5g dose i took after training yesterday.

I would be interested to know as well what side effects you mean
