Question

What happens when you stop taking Lean System 7?

I am a female 5 feet 8 inches and weight about 183 lbs. I need to lose 15-20 lbs. I am a larger size 10 now. I think someone who is 5 .8" should be fine with a size 8.

I am wondering
1) if I take Lean System 7, how much weight could I lose?
2) What happens once I have lost the weight and stop taking the pills? Will I put the weight back on?

You can't ask those questions and expect answers, there's too many variables...it's a bit like a user and their computer, the computer has the power to do very complex things, but not if the user doesn't know how. You could lose x amount of weight, and you could put x back on quite easily.

Lean System 7

I am asking about people's view generally..
Do you tend to put all the weight back on when you stop taking lean system 7.
If one needed to lose say, 50 lbs ... is that even possible using pills>?

In my opinion all "pills" are just a placebo (sp?), In other words it's all in your head. Sure they do provide some help. If you want to keep the weight off bad enough once you have stop taking the pills you can. Just because you stop taking the pills it won't put weight back on. It will all depend on what you do with your diet and training after you stop taking the pills

Thermos dont have as big of an impact on actual metabolism as one might think.

They primarily act as a diuretic and an appetite suppresant.

Coming off wont make a big difference if your diet and training regimen are still solid.

You are supposed to cycle stimulants to let your adrenal glands recover anyways.

Drink some coffee from time to time to shed excess water and you wont notice a difference.

Of course there is a little known rare side effect of coming off LS7 that people dont realize, you will prolly grow huge manboobs.

Sorry didnt mean to scare ya man, was just adding some sarcasm onto the end of taht post.

lots of incline work and back work to pull your shoulders back in place should also help make your chest look less "bitch" .

Cheers.
