They work alright and they're highly effective compared to other supplements. That's one of the reasons there's legislation in the works (or passed already depending on where you live). I think there are a lot of medical company special interests behind the ban on ephedra. Prescrition medicine kills a number of people every year (much more than ephedra can ever be linked to) and that's never an issue like this has become. Simply put, the prescription weight loss agents that were introduced a few years ago were complete busts (some with severe side-effects on the pulminary system) and now the medical companies want ephedra back in the fold (it's still used in prescription cough medicine for instance) so that they can profit from it. A few deaths/near-misses from absurdly irrresponsible use is not grounds enough for legislation in my book.

i use the eca stack which contains ephedrine it works great as a fat burner and also gives you a massive boost for your workouts you feel almost as if you can fly . side effects are a slightly raised heart rate and a tendency to perspire alot as it raises your core temp definetly worth going with.

Ephedrine = speed plain and simple!

It is used in Asthma medications to get the heart and blood pumping to open up inflamed airways more or less. Not medical terms but basically that is what it is. go buy some Primatine Mist asthma pills and take about 3-4 of them. You will get the same effect.
