Methoxyisoflavone was originally discovered by a Hungarian company about 30 yrs ago. In animal studies, it supposedly increased lean
muscle tissue mass, endurance factors, and anti-cortisol effects. The serving amounts ranged from 2000mg and on up, with no toxcity or side effects.
It doesn't say if it was orally ingested (powder, tablets) or subcutaneous (injection). Also, remember these were animal studies. There was the famous leptin study a couple of years ago where mice lost 20% body weight in 2 weeks. Lots of press and bru-hah-hah abouth the ultimate
weight loss drug. Later, they found in human studies.....ready for this?.....nothing happened. Not an ounce of weigth was lost. Animal studies don't always match human results.
Does it work? In the form that reaches the store shelf, I really don't know myself.
Any other people tried this stuff yet?
