What is ZMA?


i want to take something to start increasing a little muscle, i got my diet down, i been taking glutamine alot, and i lift hard, i just want a good supplement to take, and i heard ZMA is good, but i want to know what it is, if their is something better i would love to here about it. thakn you

ZMA will help mostly with your sleep, so yeah it will aid in muscle recooperation It does work too.

Second that. If you are worried about the dosage levels, Calcium, Mag and Zinc will also help. Both of these have been used as a treatment for insomnia. And we all know sleep is the only time you build muscle (recoop)

ZMA is a special combination of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 that raises your Testosterone levels. This helps lifting and sleep =)

It should be taken on a relatively empty stomach about 30min-1hour before bed. Read up on it here:
