What kind of fat am I? VAT or SUBQ?

I know what the difference is and I have been reading around, but I am still confused as to what kind of fat I have. I am very very skinny and have a fat spot in the lower ab area. the upper ab's are defined (i have somewhat of a "4 pack" when flexed). the fat I have IS "jiggly" and "pinchable". I have read around and know the differences between VAT, SUBQ, AB-solved, Lipoderm, etc...

is it only visible when flexed? because if thats the case, you need some ab-solved...or go to physicalenhancement.com, go to research materials, and get some pharmaceutical grade clenbuterol

the "4 pack" is ONLY visible when flexed, and everything below it is fat covered. I work out and eat a low calorie diet. I am VERY VERY skinny, its just that one fat spot. So im not sure of its VAT fat or SUBQ.
