What products should i buy to make a EC(A) stack?

I dont want to buy a ECA stack because they cost alot more, from what i hear, than making your own. However i dont know what products to buy to make the EC(a) stack. I put that (a) in () because i dont want asprin. Basically we have a walmart in my town what cna i get from there to make this stack

400mg EPHEDRA
200mg CAFFEINE
the ASPIRIN I buy seperately.

is there any like over the counter i can buy at walmart that has ephadra in it? i hear some astmha meds have it in it. Does anyone know specific products.

Also i need to know one more thing.. how much ephedra is in ephradine? like people are like 400mg of ephadra or 20 grams of ephedrine?

400mg Ephedra equals 20 or 25 mg Ephedrine..I'm not sure.

Ephedrine is the chemical version of Ephedra, isn't it?

Sorry, can't help you there. I live in the 3rd World...they haven't got around to Walmarts, yet.

Some of the ephedra alakaloids, much like Yohimbine, are quite unpredictable. You are way better of sticking with pure Ephedrine HCl, if you can get it.

Ephedra attacks my Prostate ruthlessly, while E HCl does not.

located in Kansas, but everywhere around here they took Ephedra off the shelf
