Hating all flavors and brands of protein powders, I'm gonna try All The Whey unflavored protein. Would it be viable to mix the protein powder in a cup of yogurt?

For all of you newbies, ON is good stuff. I have used GNC, EAS, and ON. They are all basically similar, but based on the label Optimum is the superior product. Of these three, just get the one that is the least expensive and take it appropriately.

Best Tasting Whey...
I Have Tried Designer Whey Protein Drink, Iso-pro Whey And I.S.S. Complete Whey Powder. With All Of Them I Find The Strawberry To Be The Best. Mix It With Wildberry Nytro Fusion Advanced-creatine With Glutamine By Sports Science Research And You Will Have A Great Drink. The Iso-pro Drink Has 30 Grams Of Protein And Was My Fav.

Boys, good call on the optimum nutrition. that is some of the best damn protien powder out there. if it wasnt for you folks i wouldnt have given it a shot. i also found that the optimum nutrition protien bars (fudge brownie, cherry cheesecake) also kick some serious booty.
thanks a lot you guys. all of you. i think i also convinced my gym owner to start stocking it.
