Then Hawk, that is what you should use.
Personally to me...whey is whey is whey. I get all my other proteins from food and milk. Some would disagree and have a favorite brand, but the cheap stuff from wally world serves me just fine.

I am now using the ON in chocolate, and i find it to be fine. I paid 57euros for a 5lb tub which is a ridiculous price considering how cheap ON is in the states.
We get a limited selection here. The best ive had before was probably Gourmet Whey in chocolate peanut butter, just because I liked how thick it was. Thats not available here though.

I received my Dymatize Elite Whey (Berry Blast). Protein content is ~79% (as as ON). Mixes quite easy in milk, and tastes great too !!
I'm putting it right up there with ON.
It has many flavors, so I recommend Dymatize elite if u get a good dea (vitaminshoppe has it for $24.5 before any coupons)l, or if u want to try out some flavors.

I've used Dymatize Elite Whey for the past 2 years and it can't be beaten for me. Protein Powders are more expensive round here so I pay £25-£30 per tub depending on how many tubs I buy.
Choc & Mint is my preferred flavour.
If I'm taking an all-in-one weight gainer than Maximuscle Cyclone does the trick although costs £32 for 10 days supply

I also got a couple of tubs of bodytech whey tech pro 24 (vitaminshoppe's brand). The highest protein % I've seen in non-expensive category (81.6%).
Plus, the tub it comes in in really cool, a blue translucent shiny tall container. Looks awesome.
It cost me 24$/tub before any coupons.

What about egg white protein powder?
I've been taking Optimum Nutrition's 100% Egg protein powder ( Optimum Store ONLine) for a while now with my oatmeal at breakfast.
One scoop is the equiv of 7 egg whites. The stuff is kinda pricey but I feel while taking it I've become leaner while continuing to build muscle. I also do a scoop of their Whey protein after lifting for quicker absorbition. Any thoughts on egg protein powder (was also debating if I should switch it up with casein instead)?
Much thanks
-Greg

I have tried Energizing Soy protein from Shaklee. The reason I tried this was the scientific research behind the product. The company currently has over 108 peer review published studies. (I am very conserned with what I put into my body due to a history of Cancer in my family.) It is not heated above 110 degrees and processed with water, not alcohol. I think it tastes EXCELLENT. I pay only $32.25.
There are no artificial colors or flavors in it. The flavors are Vanilla and Chocolate. There also is an unflavored.

Amy, that's soy. Remember, we are discussing that exact supplement in another thread.
