mike17,

Best protein that i have seen is:

100% Whey 10lbs from Optimum $44.95

or

Multi-Pro Whey Isolate 5lbs from IDS $29.95

The optimum is a blend of whey concentrate, Isolates and hydrolyzed.

The IDS is all whey Isolate

I got the prices form http://www.massnutrition.com

Hope it helps!

I've used Designer Whey Strawberry for the better part of this year with excellent results.

So you're not alone, Soccerchic and 4strings.

My gym carries Optimum exclusively, I wonder if that's why it's so popular... it gets gyms to carry it?

If you shouldn't mix unflavored whey powders in with milk then what should you do with it? What are the other ways to incorporate it into your diet

If you can get it try maximuscle promax extreme. with proven independant studies and not in house quotes, i'm sure you will find the results favourable. What you get is quality protien with no need to add milk for the protien source. Check out maximuscle.com you wont be disappointed. (ps. get the download of the bottom line and/ or M.P.bulletin) I'm 181lbs 8%.

Cool

alot of people are going for the 10lb tub for so many dollars because it is cheap. if you had a ferrari would you put a cheap substandard oil in the engine to make it work, think not, performance will be poor.cheap is not neccessary best, just a thought.Go with hard facts and independant studies that deliver those facts.
