Hey, all of this stuff seems great, all the whey would be my perfect choice, except i live in SUNNY England!
I haven't been able to find anywhere that sells "All the Whey" and ships to England, can anybody help me?
Or if not, can somebody recommend a protein shake that is available either in english shops or on the net?
Looking forward to any help....dodge

My husband uses the GNC brand as well, with the discount card it is a good deal. I have compared many brands and they are all pretty much the same, there are some differences in cholesterol, calories, and whether you want a lot of amino acids or not, you have to pick a brand tailored to your needs. Plus with the GNC you only need one scoop when some others require two. But like I said it is all a matter of opinion. :-)

Can you give me the full name of the GNC product and price, as my friend is an air hostess, getting it shouldn't be a problem

Is there anything out on the market that is a combination of creatine and whey protein for post-workouts?

I quit expensive myplex.
Because of this thread I put down estrogen-soy protein from GNC.
I was handling their whey only when I saw what you folks said was the best price and performance --> Optimum Nutrition and I put that back and got their new product 'All Natural Flavors'
Yummy - 5 lbs. of good tasting growth!!! No medicince b.s. taste.

I bought a 10lb bag of optimum after hearing the rave reviews on another site and I hate it!
I fell in love with a whey from a place called semtec nutrition.com Did anyone ever try them? I attempted to order some but the website seems to have closed down.

I NEVER go with a 10lb bag if I've never tried the brand. In fact, there isn't any protein I like enough to buy a 10lb bag LOL. I usually go with 5-6lb jugs . I'm sorry to hear that you hate the protein. Try using the blender and adding things to make it more palatable.

I just bought a 5lb jug of Optimum double rich chocolate and I absolutly LOVE it! I have never had a protein that mixes SO WELL.
Prncsnyc: Try mixing one scoop with half a cup of water in a blender for 30 seconds. Then add strawberries or a bananna or a small amount of penut butter and a couple ice cubes and blend on high for 30 seconds and drink right away and for me it's great.
The trick would be to drink it right away. I made some ahead of time and let it sit in the fridge and drank it a couple hours later and it wasn't the best . . ick . . .
good luck . . .
ps. what flavor did you get? Sometimes vanilla I heard it a little different tasting if your not used to it

oh man! I *did* get vanilla! lol All the people on the board I was at said "don't get strawberry!" so I got vanilla so that I could easily change the flavor by adding things.
I can't stomach shakes made with water so I have to ise milk or soy milk and *that* didn't even help! lol
I will just have to trry adding some things I didn't want to have to add like nestle quick powder or syrups.
I can't believe I was foolish enough to buy a 10 lb bag either but it was 45.00 shipped and I couldn't pass up the deal since everyone was saying how great a deal it was. Now I won't do that...probably won't get anything over a trial packet first! lol
thanks everyone!
