Do u also hav the same handle on fatwallet? It seems familiar.
If u wanna get rid of the protein, mix it in cake mixes and bake. To make it healthier, use 1/3 oil(instead of butter - pref olive oil), egg whites instead of whole eggs.

i think muscle milk, a product by cytomax, is the best tasting protein powder, though it does have 18 grams of fat per serving. the fat is the good fat, though, like omega 3s, the fat u need in your diet to begin with

I haven't ordered yet, but I got the free sample from All The Whey - that is some excellent stuff right there.
Next time I order some Isolate, I am going to try them.
I also like the flavor on the new Optimum.

Cytomax's Muscle Milk has 8 grams of saturated fat per serving and offers fewer calories of protein than fat! Don't waste your money (or your body). If you want essential fats and quality protein, there are substantially better ways to get them.

I get Designer Whey for the same price as Optimum. I've used Optimum and I like it, but for the same price, I'm sticking with Designer.

While it's only 22-23 grams of protein per serving, you can always mix 1 1/2 or 2 scoops which will be adequate enough.

If you want to find out what % of the 2 lb jug is pure protein.
Multipy the number of serving by the grams of protein for each serving, then divide that by the total grams of the jug.
An example, right now I am drinking Simply Protein from EAS.
It has 80 serving, 20 grams of protein per serving and 2,270 grams of total weight.
80 x 20 = 1600 / 2270 = 70%
Out of the entire 2270 grams of powder of the jug 1600 is pure protein (70%), the rest is carbs, fat, etc...
Designer Protein is also in the 70's.
The highest percentage that I have found has been:
VPX - Z0ero Carb
Natures Best - Isopure

i read above someone said that "according to studies all protein powders are pretty much the same so just buy the cheapest". Sorry to single you out but the fact is that NOT all proteins are the same. In fact, there is VAST differences between them. The cheap protein powders are usually comprised of unstable protein bonds and are lacking amino acids and peptides. Not to mention that the cheap powders probably only contain 30 - 50% actual protein. You can still get all the protein you need, you just have to use more powder. Good powders are either micro-filtered or ion-exchanged isolates. Isolates are generally more expensive but I find that they dissolve much better and are easier to put down. I am by no means urging you to buy the most expensive brand, just do some research and look for good brands yourself. You can read some articles at www.ast-ss.com they really try to sell their own products, but the information is still valid.
