I know it doesn't taste good.

You mean protain bars or protain shake? I hate them too. I don't know how to get rid of them, but why don't you take protain from food? peanut is very good source of protain as well as chicken.

sometimes angel, when you are taking in so much protien it is much easier to drink than to eat.
as far as taste,i have found that a little half-n-half and some cinnamon with a little added fiber in the form of psysium husk doesn't taste that bad.
as long as you are mixing with water the half n half doesn't add that many extra calories.

Yes!!!

I understand. Yes, it could get very hard to get enough protein if you are trying to get a lot...! (I have counted before!) In fact, my husband use to take protein shake.

If you want a protein powder that tastes really good, try Prolabs N-Large2 chocolate powder. I'll use two scoops, a tablespoon of peanut butter, make the shake with milk, and they taste GOOD... Not like tolerable, but they actually taste good!

I can't stand any chocolate protein powders... BUT I think you should try the following...... (mix it up)

Vanilla Protein Powder... 2 or 3 scoops
Low/No Fat Fruit Yoghurt
Banana
Half an apple
400ml Low Fat or Semi-Skim Milk

Yum... tastes like a smoothie... and gets a meal amount in there too...

You have to use a blender or mixer or whatever... I only use a hand one I carry to work with me... Alternatively, try your own blends... most yoghurts/fruits/veg and milk mix well together (except kiwi fruit)

hope this helps.....

I just fill the cup with milk, dump the whey on top, whip one up with the folk then gulp her down. Done in around 5 secs

No problems !!

My favorite protein-shake recipe is whole milk, vanilla protein, and a cupful of berries- my favorites are raspberries and blackberries.

Plain protein + vanilla sugar can work too.

Protein shakes don't taste that bad.....anyway, you're not drinking them for taste. The only protein shakes I don't like is albumin. I mix it with milk, peanut butter and oats.
