By this summer...you're going to need to forget about sups till you got your diet straight. To lose all of that you're going to have to start eating right and do a lot of cardio work. (I lost a similar amount by running 1-3 miles 5 days a week and doing MaxOT with my bro 5 days a week too.) My routine was probably overtraining, but it worked fairly well to get the weight off.
Biggest part is watching what you eat and being dedicated to your excercise routine.
