I think most people will agree with me, NOx2 and similar products only real effect is a "perpetual pump" which make the postworkout pump last a little longer, it doesn't really do that much as far as gaining muscle esp for the price. Whey also has a lot of L-Glutamine (almost 20%) su unless you are cutting or made of money I'd stick with the basics.
Whey, Creatine, and lots of whole food protien (tuna, chicken, cottage cheese)
I also add Taurine.
