You made good gains and presumed that it was the creatine doing all the effort, just like a fat person who loses 45lb in 30 weeks thinks that the Xenadrine or Quick Fast shakes done all the hard work for them, rather than their own hard work.

Psychologically, you may be absolutely set on buying and taking a supplement, but I wouldn't buy the stuff just for the sake of saying you are taking NO2 or Creatine ot whatever. Read what I posted in your other thread on here (or you can do as you please and take as many supplements as you can afford )

Supps

If you're gonna do some hard training, make sure you've got a good diet to support it.

Wake up, take some glutamine. It's an amino acid, and you're body's starving for it in the morning if you've been training hard. It stops the breakdown of muscle too, from what I've read. Then eat a good breakfast with some low glycemic carbs like whole grains, and take a good multivitamin.

Drink half your creatine before your workout, then finish the rest afterwards. Make sure you get some good protein into your system right after your workout. Whey's good for right after a workout.

Eat well. Eat your veggies. Don't smoke. Help old ladies cross busy intersections. Help teen orphans with their homework. Protest genocide in Africa. Memorize monologues from Shakespeare's plays.

Before you go to sleep, drink some milk. Don't drink too much or you'll get real gassy.

You'll sleep like a baby.

Wake up, kick ass all over again.

Fair enuff?
