What Supplements do you use?

I take 2000mg glucosimine, 2 muti-vit., 500mg magnesium, 50mg zinc, 1000mg fish oil, 25mg B6 a day. I also cosume 2 to 3 whey protein shakes per day. I also take 5g of taurine powder and 5mg creatine before training. Just wondering what everyone else is taking and to see if anyone could point out something I might be missing.

Bear,

Vit. C and Green Tea Extract are a nice addition to anyones supplement stack, regardless of goals. You can take more fish oil if you desire as well.

Here's what I take each day:

1 Animal Pak Multi
2g glucosamine
8x400mg green tea extract
2g vitamin C
10-20g fish oil
homemade ZMA concoction
10g taurine (3g am, 3g pre WO, 4g PWO)
6g CEE (3g pre/post WO)

Training days i'll take 20g BCAA's right before training, and about 20g glutamine pre&post workout. Shakes as required to meet my daily protein requirements

Basically the same thing as you, dosages of each might vary by a few mg's, but for all intents it is the same.
