Question

what supplements 'feed' my muscles?

ive come to the conclusion that after my workout my muscles arent getting the nutrition they need, i can't eat after all the time so i was guessing i could take something that would let me get away with a snickers or some milk or something

what supplements/drugs will help feed my muscles?
