"how do you cycle your creatine?"
- I take a serving in the morning then right after I workout. I am towards the end of my creatine cycle. I have been on it for 2 months and plan on cycling off it for a month then starting up again.
Cheers!

Right now I am using nothing but Leptigen, Protein, Ab-solved and Lipoderm-Y.
This is combined with a very low carb intake and caloric deficit. I am losing fat like crazy, and still holding on to my muscle mass.
I am also testing a product of my own design on my left bicep, but I'm not telling right now how the results are. :-)

I am using the absolved around the front of my abs, and the Lipoderm around the love handles and around back. This is mostly because I have more Lipoderm than Absolved, rather than choice in effectiveness.
The Absolved is working so well that my upper abs are starting to come through, other than a small layer of fat under the skin. I am thinking of switching the very top of my ab area over to the Lipoderm as well, since this is probably subcutaneous fat.

Does GNC carry lipoderm-y? Also, lipoderm applied like a lotion and if so what times of the day? Im fairly ripped, yet I have very stubborn stomach fat. Would this help me get past that? My diet is very clean, and I have a very good gym routine that gets me in the gym daily.

Morning:
Multi vite and a 1 1/2 scoop Designer Whey Strawberry protein shake in 8 ozs of milk along with 5 grams of glutamine.
After workout:
1 scoop of Optimum vanilla ice cream whey protein in 10 ozs of milk with 5 grams of pure creatine and 10 grams of glutamine powder mixed in followed by 1 Myoplex Deluxe chocolate bar (has all the insulin spiking stuff I need, along with extra protein).
Before bed:
1 scoop of Designer Whey in 8 ozs of milk with 10 grams of glutamine.
Once or twice a day for a snack:
A myoplex low carb protein bar.

GNC doesn't carry Lipoderm. You have to get it at an online store or from the Avant labs website (online store will be cheaper).
Regarding your stomach fat, is it a thin layer that seems to be between the skin and the muscle? If this is the case then yes, this is what the lipoderm is for. It is a lotion that contains Yohimbine in a localized carrier (this means it delivers the Yohimbine to the targeted fat cells, and not into your bloodstream where you would experience the negative side effect of Y.)

Sizzle,
I asked one of the guys at Avant about your situation, I dont usually like posting link to other boards - out of respect to the owners of this board - but there is alot of good info on Lipoderm here
http://forum.avantlabs.com/index.php...m,and,receptor
It seems Shadowjack is saying that when you quit using the Lipo, the a2 receptors upregulate, making them much more sensitive to excess calories. This would be why you gained the fat back in exactly the same spots.
>quote from Shadowjack<
One other item of mention: I agree with nightop regarding the "up-regulation of A2 receptors." I don't know much about the science behind it, but in using Lipoderm, I have seen the fat "come back" to the applied area. i.e. After ending my first Lipoderm cycle, I started eating quite badly, and my calories shot way up above maintenance. The first fat I gained was back from the area I applied the Lipoderm to. IMO, you should stay on your diet and cardio schedule (continue the caloric deficit) for a couple weeks after ceasing use of the Lipoderm. The next time I used Lipoderm, that's what I did, and the difference was very noticeable. <end quote>
Do you happen to recall if you increased calories at all after stopping the lipo?

if anything, dsade, i lowered my caloric intake. i wasnt too positive on how i should approach my diet. fortunately lipoderm-y was one of the first products i took the liberty to try out. at that time i was on a pretty much moderate diet. after lipoderm-y (about the time i discovered this forum and started posting) i cut down my calories big time.

In that case I would suspect Cortisol be your culprit. I just wanted to make sure, as I was reminded about the possible backlash sensitivity of the a2 receptors - which can cause a rapid fat re-deposit in the area you applied the Lipoderm if you are in caloric excess.

I would still recommend giving Absolved a try. The results seem to be quick enough that will you know within a week or two if it is working for you.
