I lot of protein. creatine and 1ad. since i started taking 1ad im gettin a ton bigger. Im a hell of lot stronger. this is after 2 weeks! But if u are new to working out dont take it. Eat right and get your lifting down before u take this. But if u are ready its a kickass supplement!

I'm taking, real food, protein shake and MRP's as snacks, works well. But when I'm cutting, well thats a whole different story, talk about popping pills

1ad is not for fat loss. It's a prohormone which is kinda like a "legal" steroid. It's for bulking not cutting and don't just start taking it on the advice of someone else. It's got side effects similar to steroids and isn't something that should be taken lightly. Really know what it is before you jump into it.

As for supplements -- at the moment I am taking nothing . (Oh, except a multivitamin.)

1ad <--- read this thread.
What is 1ad, 4ad? <-- another better one.
Bodybuilding.com <-- oh whatdayaknow here's another .

personally, i think creatine was a great strength booster, the protein is pretty good too, all in all i gained about 7 pounds in 3 months, they were solid gains so thats why the number is lower than what might be expected

According to bodybuilding.com they suggested this:

Creatine should be cycled. Many have found great results taking it for four weeks, followed by four weeks off.

I think I'll try that and see hwo effective it is but I thought I would share this info
