I could actually care less if you have the money, if you are foolish enough to buy the stuff then go right ahead and waste your money....I guess I won't be giving you any more advice here...if you have your mind set on a supplement then just go buy the damn thing....

I already have, because ive gotten positive responses about it from numerous of my own family members, strange they all said it works. Ive read about it in TONS and TONS of different things and sources, its alot better than creatine mixed with juice thats a fact. Its not wasting your money when I have money to spare.Thats what I was trying to get at.

Ignorance, I never said it didn't work....and no it does not work a whole lot better than creatine mixed with a juice...its the same thing marketed to people who will beieve anything they read...You have a lot to learn about marketing and facts...and also you need to learn a hell of alot about money management...
WHy pay extra money when you can get the same effects for less than half the cost...the intelligence in that amazes me...and in no way had I ever hinted that the CellTech wouldn't work...Learn to take advice with a grain of salt before you throw it out...I know for a fact that you wasted money, it is no different than creatine mixed with juice and/or gatorade...Where did you get your facts? From muscletech....well if I had an independent study that says mixing creatine with dog urine is the best would you believe....AGain just trying to save you some $$$ but sounds like your a rich millionaire that needs not to worry about saving cash....You don't get rich by wasteing money!!!!!!!! Enjoy the CellTech.......

Like I said, I dont care about the money, because hell, its not even mine. And why would I pay more for them?--Read on; Well, since im not a ****ING RETARD I probably have read all about them in TONS and TONS (Second time now) of different things/sources, and got NUMERUOS responses from people that have tried them both and all said cell/nitro works better. What I think is you just try and convince youself it doesnt work better just because you dont want to waste your money. But if you were a multi-billionaire, youd prolly go for the cell/nitro stack over the creatine mixed with juice.

The reason you're not getting the answer to the specific questions you asked is because there aren't any specific things you need to eat just because you're taking creatine and whey.
Start with the same balanced and compleate dietary guides that all body builder use (see the nutrition section), and then add in your supps at the appropriate times of the day. Simple as that.

First off, its not whey protein, and second....They say that for better results add this in with your dietary and training program..I was wondering whats a good diet to be on while talking these.

whatever, what kind of protein it is doesn't really matter. Point is, a good diet to be on while you're taking that stuff is the same, as the good diet any body builder should be eating. For details on what that is -since that is a broad subject I don't feel like trying to fully cover in one post- look in the diet and nutrition forums
