What to eat while taking certain supplements....
Im about to get some Nitro Tech and Cell tech, I think 4 pound tubs of powder is what they are. I have been reading up on some of this stuff, and they say you need to take this and mix it in with your training program and diet to make it work and to get the right results. I got the right lifting/ condition/training program down but the diet is the problem. I have not 1 clue what the hell to eat while taking this stuff. Whoever reads this please tell me what is good to eat for your right food intake while on these supplements. I appreciate it.

First off so you know what Nitro Tech and Cell Tech are? When to ttake them? Why you want tot take them>?
As far as what to eat with them . . . .you don;t need to eat anything special just make sure you have a descent diet in place and if your wondering what you should be eating, visit the nutrition forum and read up. TONS of good info

I'm just checkin on ya bro . . .just remember that typically the stuff written about them is stuff they make up . . . .Typically they are overpriced and WAY undervalued and I just don;t want to see another person ripped off by MuscleTech's OVERPRICED supplemenst by promising kids something that it can't follow through on. . . .

Yea, dont buy anything from muscletech, cell tech is just creatine with tons of sugar...buy a high quality creatine and a tub of gatorade mix and you have the same thing, just cheaper, and way more servings. As far as nitrotech, blah, its just whey, get some Optimum Nutrition 100% whey for much less (5 lbs = 25 bucks.)

Who said that? MuscleTech? The makers of Cell Tech and Nitro Tech. I'm just tryin to save people money cause when I first started I got suckered in and bought this crap and it did absolutly nothing. Only time I grew and gained muscle was when I really understood what was going on in the DIET forumn. Nutrition is KEY. #1 over ANY supplement on the market. Save your money and stick to a decent CHEAP whey, basic cheap creatine and tons of good stuff at the GROCERY STORE

That's probably because there is a ton of sugar in there. I know people that have tried it and built some descent muscle, but gained a little bit of a gut as well. All MuscleTech products are overrated and overpriced.

Eat a good diet, lots of lean meats, and green veggies, and oatmeal in the morning and yogurt or cottage cheese before bed with a scoop of protein mixed in.
If you sucked down tons of sugar for 8 weeks, and added creatine, the combined fat and water weight would alone equal 11 lbs...id rather put on 3 pounds of solid real for honest muscle. Go to a super maket and pick up 3 lbs of ground meat, thats alot of added muscle. Then put a gallon of water on it, and a stick of butter, thats muceltechs 11 lb gain.

Here is how to make your own celltech, and it is healthier in my mind...get 5g of creatine powder, dump it in a glass and pour 8 oz of white grape juice on top....and you have your own celltech....It is amazing how they markey celltech being a formula designed to transport the creatine to the muscles....all it is...like a lot have said...is creatin with sugar....Just buy a 1 lbs can of powdered creatine and mix it yourself....you will save so much $$$$
I see that sometimes it is convienient to just mix one powder and that is it....but you won't believe the money saved by just mixing your own with a fruit juice...Plus you get all the vitamins that are in the juice....save the cash and go buy something cool....

What the hell am I wrong about there buddy...I gave you a easy way out without wasting money....if you want to believe everything that muscletech writes then go ahead and buy the ****...Dont understand your reply at all....I pretty much stated the same case the guy with the creatine and gatorade mix said...and what do you mean "you could care less" I never said anything like that...
I could actually care less if you have the money, if you are foolish enough to buy the stuff then go right ahead and waste your money....I guess I won't be giving you any more advice here...if you have your mind set on a supplement then just go buy the damn thing....
