What to take next?

I have been taking Protein with glutamine since June and I am happy with it this far, but I want something more I am looking into taking some different/better supps. My parents won't let me take Creatine because "everyone knows it will kill my liver" and there is no changing their minds. I have been looking into this stuff called Growtein XXL that my one friend takes and has had success with, but I wanted to run it by everyone here first. Also I have heard you guys talking about flaxseed oil, is that for the amino/fatty acids?

Here are two links one is the actual growtein stuff and the other is a page on its one main ingredient. Thanks guys!

Looks to me like any of protein powder with less servings for the same price, and it does not raise strength levels 300% .

Yeah, Lee I was thinking about doing that, but my dad pretty much knows what he is doing when it comes to supps and he talked to my doctor about me taking creatine and the doc was all like "no it will compelely kill his liver" So naturally my dad believes him and not me. Also if I got a new supp he would probably check it out pretty well and find the creatine.

So that supp I listed above is no good? I know this one guy who it worked for, but what other supps do you guys suggest since that was is apparently no good?

I didnt say it was no good only that the protein in it is no better then any other. The other ingredent I dont really know enough to make a comment, only that if it really makes you 300% stronger everyone would take it. Flax seed/ Fish oils is for the omega 3 fatty acids its good for your heart.

Creatine - there has been not a single professional study showing kidney/liver damage from use of creatine. its all speculation. creatine monohydrate has been discovered over 70 years ago and been used commercially for over 10 years now and guess what, no reports of any negative side effects. 10 years of use by the general public without a single incident is enough to determine that creatine is safe for long term use.

muscle tech - please dont. muscle tech is now the largest supplement company and guess why....BS ad claims. sure nitrotech and cell tech probably work not 19 times better than the competition though! you will also be paying the premium, although i dont know what the premium specifically is(name?). basically by reading celltechs label, the only thing that is different from this product and other creatine transporter products is a huge amount of sugar. 75 grams of it/serving! im not paying an additional $50 for sugar!

I am not buying creatine as stated in my last post so the ammount of sugar in Muscle Tech's Creatine doesn't bother me. I am looking at their Nitro-Tech however, which is pretty reasonably priced at 55 dollars, but thanks for the info anyway.
