Hi, there are a few things that you can use/do to make your muscles fuller. First of all... creatine works wonders and is clinically proven to replenish and store more ATP (phosphates) to induce optimal muscle power and help you get more out of your workouts. This equals more muscle gain. It also cell volumizes your muscle, which expands your muscles, making them fuller (mostly water)...this allows for the more powerful workouts as well. Glutamine is also a cell volumizer, so you may want to use this supplement as well (if you are not already). Glutamine also has many other benefits such as it increases your immune system, prevents muscle break-down, etc..

Besides the above, keep your muscles well fed with a clean diet, sufficient water intake and keep your protein high according to your needs and goals, this will all help to keep your muscles full and hard.
