What weight loss supp. is best?


New here but wondering if anything works better than something else?

Not looking for a reason to eat bad(already cut that out) but something to kick the metabolism and weight loss.

doing 30 min cardio 4-5 days a week.

My opinion is not to rely on drugs (call them supplements if you want) to lose weight. Most of the effective ones are nothing more than stimulants, which potentially pose their own set of problems. Ever hear of Fen-Phen? VERY effective. Also killed some people.

If you want to kick your metabolism, add weight training to your cardio. Research shows that cardio burns calories and fat while youre doing it and then for a short time after, but weight training carries the stimulation of your metabolism for a number of hours.

Make sure you're eating about 500 calories less than your required intake. It's hard to lose weight without a calorie deficit, or if that deficit is too big.

The very best weight loss suppliments are iron and leather. Pick up iron, put it down, repeat. Then burn up some shoe leather. Combine resistance training with cardiovascular training with a good diet that is right for your body to give you a slight caloric deficit each day and you can lose 1-2lbs a week of bodyfat. Much more and you will also be losing muscle - don't want to do that.
