I'm with everyone else. I'm trying to bulk up, and all you need is food, food, and more food. Make sure you're not eatin ANY crap food. No debbies,
ice cream or and other crap foods...including chips. Stay away from Sugars. You do need some sugar, but not much. Protein bars and powders are a good idea. I snack on protein bars when I'm out. When I'm at home, I usually have salads, tuna, or peanut butter.
You don't need creatine yet...after a 4-6 weeks you dont see results, you're either not eating right, or you aren't working out hard enough. I'd try to get in 5-6000 calories a day. Protein and Carbs in the morning til about 3 or 4, then protein and fat til you go to bed.
After all this, and 6-8 weeks you don't see results...try creatine...but i'd recommend not using the loading cycle. Your liver is still too young, and unless you're drinking over a gallon of water, you should skip it. If you forget to drink enough water, you could develop
kidney stones and have liver problems. Has happened to many of my friends. But, if you make sure you drink enough water, you'll be fine. It won't hurt ya!
