whats a good multivitamin???


just as the subject says im wondering what a good multivitamin is. i know gnc overprices everything but i have checked labels of their mega men compared to some other leading brands of vits and they do seem to be better. any suggestions?

seriously any multivitamin is ok....as long as its an adult mulit its all good

i take a centrum performance...works A OK :thumbup:

i heard that the Flinstones vitamins are great even for adults because they are packed with lots more good stuff that kids need.
I dont know if its true...but sounds like a good reason.

I could eat those things like candy!

LIFE ESSENTIALS from Vitamin Shoppe


Actually one of the best is by the Life Extension foundation: www.lef.org
But, the Vitamin Shoppe version is cheaper and just as good.
9 a day and it's got an impressive amount of everything.
