What's Better For Protein, Tuna Or Sardines?

I can both get them for 50 cents a can.

Tuna: probably more protein, just based on the fact that all its weight is muscle tissue as opposed to an entire fish.

Sardines: very oily. Those oils are good for you.

I believe that sardines are high in EFA's. That might tip the balance in favor of them over tuna. Personally, I don't care for the taste or smell of either of them.
